Before you take a look at this en suite designed for children, if you missed part one of this series where we shared the bedroom, you can check that out here. As mentioned in part one, this space was designed for the client’s grandchildren, so it needed to feel both comforting and inviting, but maintain a mature feel that extends to the rest of the home and, as always, Rebecca nailed it. Soft neutrals and sweet, thoughtful details create a welcoming space and keep clients happy.

It always blows my mind how designers can effortlessly mix patterns and still create a calming space. They kept the original tiling, which had a precious pattern of its own. In this en suite designed for children, Rebecca incorporated patterning in the classic print wallpaper, vintage-inspired bath mat, and plaid café curtains. The patterns from the bedroom to the en suite flow seamlessly, and these shots help highlight that thoughtful continuity.

Alongside designing a space, it’s just as important to bring it to life through styling—something Rebecca did beautifully in this en suite designed for children. She added towels, a robe, bath toys, and even a children’s book about bath time, all showing how the space can be both functional and inviting.

A few more standout details from this project include new light fixtures, and a white oak bath cabinet which fits well in this en suite designed for children. Another styling choice is the added My Petite Coco lotion products to not only highlight her design details, but also showing how the space can be used to its full potential in order to show client’s how the space can be utilized.

From the thoughtfully curated bedroom to the inviting en suite bath, Rebecca has created spaces that are as functional as they are charming. Soft neutrals, carefully chosen patterns, and sweet details—like custom built-in bunk beds, cozy nooks, and bath-time touches—bring each room to life while keeping her clients’ grandchildren in mind. Through both design and styling, every element is purposeful, creating spaces that are beautiful and practical.
