In the kitchen, white oak flooring pairs well with the stained oak island for a simple, cohesive look, while the custom cabinetry adds a modern touch. A panelled fridge blends into the space, and quartz countertops and a matching backsplash complete the design. The counter stools and matching end chairs bring a soft, cohesive feel. Brass accents throughout the warm open-concept kitchen & bath with brass accents give it a polished finish, while the chandelier, ribbed fireplace tiles, and window coverings add balance to the overall space.

Bathroom

This bathroom renovation is all about smart design and good style. The shower was expanded while keeping the tub, allowing both to blend naturally into the space. Personally, I love that the client opted to splurge on the shower glass and got custom Starphire ultra-clear glass without the usual green tint to it.

The vanity keeps things simple with built-in storage, skipping traditional cabinets for a clean, open feel. Warm herringbone tiles run from the floor into the shower, adding texture, while soft white handcrafted tiles on the walls keep things light and airy. Custom Starphire ultra-clear glass enhances the openness and brushed brass and matte black accents bring a modern touch. And finally, off the side of the kitchen sits this powder room. It beautifully complements the colour palette throughout the entire house with warm tones, soft whites, and gold accents.
