For this wedding at Kurtz Orchards, the live music, stunning fruit and floral centerpieces, and the couple’s portraits in the gardens were some of those key moments. This Kurtz Orchards wedding dining alfresco in a pear orchard felt like everything coming together naturally. The Vogue cover photo booth added a refined, but fun touch, making it a great addition to the day.

Getting Ready – Groom

Our groom, looking sharp in a classic suit and bow tie, got ready with his groomsmen and parents by his side, all helping him get set for the big day. As a thoughtful touch, he gifted each of them a custom engraved watch—something personal that fit perfectly with the elegant yet laid-back vibe of their Kurtz Orchards wedding.

Getting Ready – Bride

For the flat lays, the bride went with a fruit-inspired invitation, taking cues from the pear orchard venue, which we paired with florals from their arrangements that matched the stationery perfectly. Inside, the ladies were sipping drinks, giving each other tight hugs, and soaking in their morning together.

First Look + Portraits

The couple shared a few emotional moments when they saw each other before the vows. We made sure to capture some stunning film photos with the beautiful backdrop of the Kurtz Orchards. The string lights and florals added a nice touch to the day, making everything feel perfectly romantic and laid back.

Ceremony at Kurtz Orchards

The ceremony had a beautiful floral arch designed by LMW Events. Emotions were high during the vows, and what’s a wedding without a few tears from the couple and guests? A great moment was the cheers and confetti as the newlyweds walked out hand in hand, wrapping up the ceremony perfectly.

Couple Portraits

There’s nothing quite like the excitement that a newly married couple has. The way they light up holding each other, chatting about everything they noticed during the ceremony, and sharing stories from their separate getting-ready moments is so special. Capturing those candid moments together after the ceremony is one of the best parts of a wedding day.

Cocktail Hour

We have to mention the stylish couples who came dressed to impress. They were all about having a good time and celebrating, and were ready to pose with the Vogue cover photo booth that was set up for guests after the ceremony. It was tough to say what the guests enjoyed more—the photo booth or the delicious hors d’oeuvres and cocktails served by the Kurtz staff. It’s worth mentioning here that Kurtz serves much of their in-season produce at the weddings they host, their jams making an appearance at cocktail hour and their fresh tomatoes, pears, apples, and peaches often being a large part of the main course at dinner.

The fruit and floral centre pieces added a great pop of colour, fitting perfectly with the outdoor vibe. Guests dined alfresco enjoying theirdinner under the trees and soft lights.

Dessert & Dancing

As the day was winding down, there’s nothing better than cutting the cake and heading into their choreographed first dance which was met with massive applause to kick off the afterparty. And let’s not forget the late-night gelato truck the couple shared—it was the perfect sweet treat after a delicious meal with many fresh ingredients right from the property.
